Since their foundation in the 60s, Berghaus have offered free repairs on any of their items, for life. Yet, very few of their customers had ever heard of this benefit. In a world where more and more brands are offering sustainable policies, we wanted Berghaus to be recognised as a brand with repairs in their DNA.

Our design direction took inspiration from handmade dockets and tactile textures, celebrating the people behind the repairs. Meanwhile our tagline ‘Free Repairs for Hardworking Gear,’ headed up a refreshed, ownable ‘Northern’ tone of voice, created to inspire and educate.

Brand guidelines, brand toolkit, social camapign and a promotional motion film were born, giving Repairhaus the distinctiveness it deserved.
