The development took the existing 3D objects, and stylised them into a place synonymous with nostalgic air-brushed style treatment. Creating both key visuals and repeated expressions gives the overall identity a sense of place that feels other-worldy and in the land of Nike. Defined by the periods in which Nike promote their sale products, 7 different colour palettes help signpost the promotion throughout the year. Rolled through email marketing, the Nike and SNKRS app, social media, and in-store, the campaign has been engaged with by thousands through the EMEA market. Making change is essential for a better tomorrow, and for Smiley it’s about striking a balance between responsibility and encouraging partners to make more sustainable products for consumers and the planet alike. Strategically we had to make Smiley’s unbridled optimism work for a more serious conversation before launching the movement and brand. The grounded strategy inspired our creative concept of ‘do more with less’. For design, we created a device made of the off-cut material that surrounds the Smiley logo; this device also frames areas of importance and highlights positive change. The stripped back tone of voice added to a minimalist and principled feel — with a focus on action. In a world where more and more brands are offering sustainable policies, we wanted Berghaus to be recognised as a brand with repairs in their DNA. Our design direction took inspiration from handmade dockets and tactile textures, celebrating the people behind the repairs. Meanwhile our tagline ‘Free Repairs for Hardworking Gear,’ headed up a refreshed, ownable ‘Northern’ tone of voice, created to inspire and educate. Briefed by Nike in collaboration with the England FA, we were asked to transform the National Team’s Qatar ‘22 training ground into a source of inspiration and motivation. We delved into the Nike archives to find iconic copy lines which would read like mantras — inspiring the players to dig deep and dream big. Charity Film Awards are the world's biggest campaign to promote cause-based films. We created an fresh identity which conveyed prestige and accessibility in equal measure. Smiley’s brand mantra ‘Defiant Optimism’ and infectious yellow was absorbed within a custom acronymic wordmark — brought to life in motion and static. Inspired by an aperture, the logo alludes to the exposure and visibility of charities involved in the awards. Playing off their fun and open approach to dance music, an identity was created that was full of character but conetemporary in application. A custom wordmark with flexible illustrative components takes pride of place. Wrapped up within a simple graphic system, making us of their in-house illustration style, alongside large bold typographic stements, helps created a flexible and recognisable brand toolkit.&nbsp;
